Convenient location that is just a short stroll away from the beach, shops, and restaurants in Nang Thong. Plus, it's also near the Khao Lak-Lam Ru National Park 🌳. Great breakfast options available at the bar with delicious food to enjoy.

Excellent pool, parking nearby. Reasonably well appointed and modern unit with an electric kettle and a refrigerator. The location was unbeatable close to the beach and a 20-minute walk to the centre.

Great location, I was close to the beach. You could walk to a market and all the main shops. Extremely polite and outstandingly accommodating staff of the hotel from the landscaping team to higher management. The breakfast was enjoyable for every taste, and the pool was nice.

The breakfast spread had something for everyone, including delicious pancakes, eggs, and fresh fruits. Being close to a McDonald's was super convenient, and the location was calm and peaceful. 🥞

Booked 3 nights ended up staying 8, so good. Although resort is large it is so well laid out you would never know and caters for couples and families alike in different areas. Resort has everything you need. We were upgrades to the royal thai villa with private pool and it was just amazing. Grounds are stunning and staff are just so beautiful and attend to your every need. Breakfast was great with lots of choices. Location is perfect. Shops restaurants and a truly beautiful beach all surround you. I loved this place and Khao Lak is just beautiful. Will be the first choice for my next trip to Thailand.

Only thing missing was free wifi. Could be brought though. Only a minor issue and everything else more than compensates for that.

The breakfast had a good variety and nice setting, and the restaurant served delicious food; the location was ideal for engaging in numerous activities nearby.

Great location and value for money as we went in the off/rainy season, even though we had 8 days of sunshine for the 11 days we were there. Staff were excellent and attentative. There were a few problems when we first arrived with room service, but they were corrected immediately. Some areas of resort looked a bit worn out, but they had repairs going on to fix up these areas. Recommend that couples/newlyweds only go in the off/rainy season for relaxation as it is a large resort and I could see that it would become quite populated in the Summer season as the resort caters for families with children of all ages.

Room service food was not up to restaurant standard.

Also, location was absolutely perfect and magnificent, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Fantastic. There were the main shopping center and shopping centers around the hotel. The venue was modern and the beachfront restaurant was good.

This place offers a beautiful and cozy setting, close to a variety of shops, restaurants, and the beach 🏖️. the area around Nang Thong Beach is worth exploring, and the room prices are quite reasonable.

Greenery and quiet place and good and many choice food and friendly staff. Good for family with kids.

We had a lovely time in Khaolak, and enjoyed the sea view resort and spa very much even though it was the green season and they were doing renovations whilst we were there it didn't interfere with our stay at all. The staff were great and we were looked after so well . The location is fantastic, just a short stroll up the quiet road to the main shopping area and eateries. We stayed in the beach side wing and recommend it as a better option , we had a private plunge pool which was brilliant.

The only thing I can find fault in which was unfortunate for us was that they were redoing the grouting of the main pool whilst we were there so we missed out on using that however it made for interesting watching as it was quite a big job as that pool is huge and next visit we will look forward to enjoying a dip in a fresh new pool. We still had use of the pool down near the beach which was also of decent size and almost no-one except us in it .

Wonderful hotel with amazingly nice employees from the landscaping team to higher management. Politeness from the whole staff. - the pool area is great too. - Great and beautiful location, a couple of blocks away from Lighthouse Khao Lak.

The poolbar couldnt even mix a decent fruitshake

We got a bad first impression when the hotel didn't let us to use the internet for free to check if we already had payed for the room. That the internet wasn't included in the price for the room, but something we had to pay extra for felt also a bit stone-aged.
